How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with reset instructions within minutes.

How do I add new users?

Admins can add users from Settings > Users. Assign appropriate roles and permissions during the setup process.

Can I export my data?

Yes! All reports can be exported to PDF, Excel, or CSV. For full database exports, contact Enterprise support.

Is there a mobile app?

CEF Core is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for 2025.
